The Rock announced at the end of 2015 on Instagram that he will be appearing at WrestleMania 32 in Dallas and be part of the biggest event in the history of WWE. Many fans are wondering what role "The Great One" will have at WrestleMania, but we all know The Rock promised to make history.

"It's official: People's Champ is coming home to do three things with the people. Set an all-time attendance record, electrify Dallas like never before, and make all-time WrestleMania history. And we have fun. Ok that's four things but you know what the hell The Rock's saying. Thank You WWE Universe. It's always an honor coming home and I wouldn't miss it for the world," The Rock wrote on Instagram.

WWE.com teased five likely scenarios of what The Rock will be doing at WrestleMania 32. These include a match against The Undertaker, being a surprise entrant in the 3rd Annual Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, a confrontation with Triple H, referee a fantasy match and lastly, helping his cousin Roman Reigns in his match.

However, PWInsider via Wrestle Zone mentioned in their report that The Rock is not scheduled to wrestle in any capacity as he has an insurance issue that prevents him risking any injuries. He is also set to finish filming the second season of "Ballers" as well as the new "Baywatch" movie, per Slash Film.

Although he won't be able to wrestle a match, the fifth and last scenario seems to be the best possible way to go for the WWE. Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer reports that The Rock will be in the corner of Reigns when he challenges Triple H for the WWE World Heavyweight championship, per Inquisitr. The report says that WWE will be doing all it can to have the fans cheer Reigns.

The Rock is one of the most popular people, not only in the WWE, but also in Hollywood. Casual fans know his name and his association with Reigns could lead to those fans to cheer his cousin. Inquisitr adds that the plan for the final moments of WrestleMania involves a big Samoan celebration.

The entire Anoa'I family will be present when The Rock celebrates a Reigns win inside the ring, creating a big moment that will be remembered by fans. WWE tends to have memorable endings at the end of every WrestleMania to carry the emotions the next night on Monday Night RAW. The RAW after WrestleMania is considered the most important show of the entire year because it acts like the start of a new season for the WWE.
