Fortune has once again come up with its list of 100 best companies to work for.

"To identify the 100 Best Companies to Work For, each year Fortune partners with Great Place to Work to conduct the most extensive employee survey in corporate America," says Fortune. "Two-thirds of a company's survey score is based on the results of the Trust Index Employee Survey... the other third is based on responses to the Culture Audit."

Fortune asks employees from the different companies via a survey about employees' attitudes toward management's credibility, overall job satisfaction and camaraderie. The Culture Audit, on the other hand, involves inquiries regarding salaries and bonuses, as well as on HR practices, professional development and work culture.
