The network announcements for TV shows that survived and for the ones that did not were revealed last Friday. Here is your guide to the TV shows that got canceled and the others that won another season.

Unfortunately it has been a bad week for J.J. Abrams' production company Bad Robot and his produced TV shows. Two of Abram's shows on NBC "Believe" and "Revolution" have been canceled; while on Fox, "Almost Human" has also been canceled, although the fate of "Almost Human" was already announced a few weeks earlier, Variety reported.

But on the bright side, "Believe" will finish out its scheduled run on May 25. This is perhaps a hard blow for Abrams in the TV show department, along with delivering the feature film "Star Wars Episode VII." But, no pressure.

Speaking of NBC, "Crisis" is also canceled. Similarly to "Believe," it too will finish out its run on May 25. NBC has also canceled, "Growing Up Fisher" and "Dracula." And surprisingly "Community" has been canceled on its fifth season run. "Community" had pushed the envelope in terms of changing comedy and presenting the show in new and innovative ways by using animation, anime, clay animation and puppets. (Yes, I wrote puppets.) "Community" will be missed.

On the other competing networks, ABC has canceled "Suburgatory," "Super Fun Night," "The Neighbors" and "Mixology." "Trophy Wife" too was canceled, and one of the stars of that show, Marcia Gay Harden, expressed her sadness and support for the show via Twitter: "Thank u 4 watching beloved fans. Parting is such sweet sorrow... @TrophyWifeABC cancelled just hours ago," the New York Daily News reported.

On Fox, as was mentioned earlier, "Almost Human" has been canceled as well as "Dads," "Enlisted," "Rake" and "Surviving Jack." While on CBS, "Intelligence," "Bad Teacher" and the "Friends" rip-off (sorry) "Friends With Better Lives" all were cancelled. In addition, "The Crazy Ones," starring Robin Williams and Sarah Michelle Gellar, and the show "Hostages" were also canceled, Entertainment Weekly reported.

On the pretty people network (ahem, CW), they canceled "The Carrie Diaries," "The Tomorrow People" and "Star Crossed." But in an unprecedented move, CW canceled the spin-off series of "Supernatural" titled "Tribes." Its previous title was "Bloodlines" before the show had its run. The pilot episode of "Tribes" received such negative reviews from fans that the network pulled the plug, Entertainment Weekly reported.

For the shows that survived, ABC's dramas "Scandal," "Resurrection," "Castle," "Once Upon A Time," "Marvel's Agents of SHIELD," "Revenge" and "Grey's Anatomy" have all been renewed for another season. And the surviving ABC comedies are "The Goldbergs," "The Middle" and "Modern Family."

CBS has renewed "The Mentalist" for another season. On Fox, they have renewed "The Mindy Project," "New Girl" and "Brooklyn Nine-Nine." And on NBC, "About A Boy," "The Blacklist," "Chicago PD" and "Hannibal" will be returning.

Happy viewing.
