Oculus Connect 3 is in the midst of earning its early innings with high expectation around the corner due to a number of great innovations.

Its event covered a lot of ground from release dates, content, prices, and mobile SDKs, among others. This device has taken the great attention of one of its biggest fans, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg.

Zuckerberg did a live demo on a new social experience that Facebook is building for the VR device. The new VR standard will be completely independent and wireless. Users do not need an ox of a computer to experience virtual reality.

It is primarily focused on gaming. Its Rift headset, which seems powerful, is only a prototype for now. It can be used independently and can work with other devices like Microsoft Hololens, where there would be option for an extra sensor besides Rift headphones.

It will have position tracking, which is the biggest differentiator between mobile and desktop VR experiences. It came up with 35 videogames while establishing alliances with Walt Disney Co NYSEDIS and Blade Runner to offer fresh VR contents.

Oculus Connect 3 will support less- and high-end computers. All this will be possible with the new systems Oculus has developed - Timewarp and Spacewarp.

It can display the image smoothly even when the hardware can't really handle the load. It's a refreshing piece of engineering by Oculus!

Games will be more fun with Oculus Touch wireless handheld remote controls, which will also include additional tracking camera sensor.

Apart from emerging as a gaming source, it also shifted its direction to focus on the education industry to help student improve their learning experience.

Oculus is revolutionizing the gaming industry in an enormous way now and in the years to come.
