Chelsea will look to continue atop the Premier League when it faces off against West Bromwich Albion on Tuesday.

The Blues climbed to the top of the Premier League standings after a decisive 3-0 win over Newcastle United over the weekend; the team leads Arsenal by one point and Manchester City by two.

Despite the reversal of fortunes, manager Jose Mourinho remains cautious about claiming victory too soon.

"I think all the top four can win the title. They [Liverpool] have a very young team to develop, the manager is very good, and the fact they don't play Champions League is very important for them," he said, according to ESPN. "Liverpool only plays one match a week and that makes a real difference when it comes to March, April, beginning of May.

"The difference between first and fourth is six points. Everybody is in the race, everybody has an influence in the race, every team is fighting for points, every team is taking points from the big teams."

Chelsea will face a West Bromwich Albion team that is fighting to remain in the Premier League past the 2013-14 season. The club currently sits in 18th place, the final relegation spot, and trails Sunderland by one point for 17th place. However, a simple win will not do the trick. West Bromwich needs a string of victories to get out of what looks to be a logjam all the way until the end of the season. Tenth place Swansea City has 27 points, four more than West Bromwich. The team has not won since Jan. 1.

Prediction: West Bromwich stifles Chelsea in a 1-1 draw.
