The New England Patriots quarterback, Tom Brady is finally ready to laugh at Deflategate. In the last four games earlier this season, Brady was suspended and forced to sit out of the last four games for suspecting having a hand and being aware of a scheme and deliberately deflating footballs in the 2015 AFC championship game. Two weeks later, the England Patriots then went on the win with the Super Bowl.

Fighting for the legal process went on more than a year before the court precluded his appeal to have the suspension inverted. Last month, the NFL Player Association take down its appeal, bringing the case to a close.

On Wednesday, Tomy Brady is presented in a new commercial released by Foot Locker. The apparel and shoe retailer is leading up to Thanksgiving, focused on releasing week full shoes that it calls 'Week of Greatness.'

In the commercial, Brady overheard fans walking into a diner that recently got and picked up their shoes. Reported by  Sports Illustrated, the two wonders about how does it possible that the business still sustaining the success and lets loose on the perceived punishments. The speech of the two eventually becomes about him.

He then delivered the line: "Just because something is a great year after year does not mean anything is going on," Brady referring to the fans. "Why can't some things just be great? It starts with questions, and then the questions turn into assumptions, and then assumptions have turned into vacations," player then continued, "So why would you punish the Week of Greatness for something that never really happened?"

Foot Locker wrote the commercial for Brady, and the quarterback was all-in. According to Jed Berger, vice president of the brand marketing have said that they like their spot to allow the athletes to make fun of themselves wherein people can enjoy it. The Foot Locker brand wanted to see the athletes as humans too. The ads run for only ten days so it's important they resonate, ESPN has reported.

After a suspension, Brady won 4 out of his 5 starts and completed 73% of his passes a 1,               635 yards having 12 touchdowns, one interception and it's the high-rated passer in NFL.
