The director of the much-awaited movie, "Jurassic World 2," J.A. Bayona, talks some particular details of this upcoming movie while promoting his film - "A Monster Calls."

According to Game&Guide, this Jurassic sequel is going to show a darker and scarier side than its previous variant. Bayona even said that a pseudo-political aspect is also present in this new sequel.

The story mainly focuses on its fictional setting, the Isla Nublar, where cloned dinosaurs exist. Conflicts stir when these dinosaurs escape from their enclosure. The movie implies an aspect of dinosaur exploitation and commercialization as some animal movies do so.

Regarding the Jurassic World 2 major casts, most of them will be the same from its previous film, Jurassic World. The cast include  Bryce Dallas Howard, Chris Pratt, Claire Dearing, Rafe Spall, Toby Jones,  and many others who also perform in the previous movie.

Jeff Goldblum and Jake Johnson might not be back here. B.D. Wung or Dr. Henry Wu is even speculated to return in this new Jurassic movie.

The Spanish filmmaker, Juan Antonio Bayona, said that there is going to be a big difference in investment in the budget of making this new Jurassic movie than the previous one. Jurassic World was made at a budget of $150mm while the Jurassic World 2 will be running at around $260MM.

Jurassic World 2 will be released on June 22, 2018.

While waiting for this new Jurassic  movie to be available for release by 2018, Chronicle Collectibles proudly announced just this week its new inspired statue for Jurassic World 2. This statue is a 1:9 scale model featuring the lead's allied velociraptor, Blue, with Chris Pratt as Owen.
