Apple Inc. launched the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7s Plus in September, but there are rumors that the company is planning to introduce a 'Jet White' color option as well. Now a video has emerged via Twitter showing off a glossy white casing mockups that might have been sourced from a third-party vendor. A video has emerged showing an early hands-on with what appears to be a mockup Jet White iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.

According to BGR, a video which shows a Jet White iPhone 7 and a Jet White iPhone 7 Plus.  It has been criticized that the Apple iPhone 7 and 7 Plus shown on the video are fake. This is because there's no Apple logo on the iPhone 7 shown in the video. Plus, the Jet White casing is widely available for purchase on Chinese marketplaces like Alibaba.

The mockup video was uploaded by Sonny Dickson via Twitter.

The said video led to speculations that Dickson purchased Jet White casing on Alibaba and is simply showing it off in the video. Another speculation is that a third-party company named Color Ware took a normal iPhone 7 and applied a glossy white coat of paint to it.

Last month, Apple Inc. was considering adding a new Jet White color to the iPhone lineup following the success of Jet Black. 9 to 5 Mac reports that it would feature the same glossy design as the black model and be introduced sometime before the major refresh next fall.

In the meantime, iPhone 7 and 7 Plus are currently available in five color variants: Silver, Gold, Rose Gold, Black, and Jet Black.

Apple Inc. is yet to confirm the mockup video, so it's hard to tell whether or not the 'Jet White' variant iPhone 7 and 7 Plus will be released on the market.
