Former "Full House" star Candace Cameron Bure and partner Mark Ballas may not have taken home the mirror ball trophy after the "Dancing with the Stars" finale, but Bure says she's taken much more away from the show.

Last week, just days after losing in the "Dancing with the Stars" finale, Bure shared how her performances on the show were a representation of her love of God.

"I had had so many people praying for ... not praying for me to win, winning was not what it was about, but so many people praying for me that God would just use my position to glorify him each and every week that I was on," she told TheBlaze.

According to TheBlaze, Bure only hoped to make it to week six, a goal she surpassed by making it to the final and 10th week and placing third. Bure said that staying on "Dancing with the Stars" longer than expected was a result of fans' prayers being answered so that "would just be able to share the light of Christ."

Still, TheBlaze reports that Bure is happy that her "Dancing with the Stars" experience is over.

"I actually learned a lot," Bure said. "This was a huge growth experience for me in so many different ways. I learned a lot about myself just as a performer in pushing through something I had never done before."

Now the third place winner looks forward to being with her family over the next few weeks.

Meanwhile, winner Meryl Davis and her partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy are avoiding rumors that they are romantically involved.

"Our relationship is very real," Chmerkovskiy told TV Guide. "She's incredible. It's going to go beyond 'Dancing with the Stars' for sure. ... As far as what everybody is asking romantically, these things will never be answered by me. You're going to see things in tabloids and pictures, and you have people gossiping and making up their own stories, but I will never speak about my personal life."
