Americans will be meeting new persons in the White House in the coming months. Though Joe Biden is not yet officially declared as the 46th President in the country, he's already revealing his future staff.

On Wednesday, he announced that he tapped Ron Klain to be the White House Chief of Staff.

Ron Klain is no longer a newbie in the White House. He served as the adviser of former Pres. Barrack Obama and had played a significant role during the Obama administration.

In an interview with him, he called his new job as the White House Chief of Staff as "the honor of a lifetime."

In a report in Daily News, Joe Biden explained why he chose Klain.

"His deep, varied experience and capacity to work with people all across the political spectrum is precisely what I need in a White House chief of staff as we confront this moment of crisis and bring our country together again."

Biden also expected that Klain will not only help him and Kamala Harris, but also the entire administration and fill his ranks with seasoned Washington insider.

This is the first major hire that Biden did after he created his COVID-19 Task Force.

Meanwhile, Ron Klain expressed enthusiasm towards this news.

"I look forward to helping him and the Vice President-elect assemble a talented and diverse team to work in the White House, as we tackle their ambitious agenda for change, and seek to heal the divides in our country," stated Klain.

Biden's decision to hire Ron Klain as his Chief of Staff is not a surprise anymore. It can be recalled that before he directly worked with Former Pres. Barrack Obama, he first worked with Biden as the vice presidential Chief of Staff.

This means that he is already familiar with how to work with Biden.

When Ron Klain worked under Obama, he got the nickname "Ebola Czar" after Obama appointed him to oversee the Ebola crisis in the country in 2015.

Hence, Biden is confident that Klain can handle the position and help the country to control the global pandemic.

Ron Klain's experienced in overseeing a health crisis will help the country to control the global pandemic.

This also suggests that Joe is looking for members in his administration who have keen eyes in defeating the global pandemic that keeps on worsening.

Aside from Ron Klain, a credible source also said that Joe Biden will release some names as members of his administration or as cabinet officials before Thanksgiving.

The announcement came even if Joe Biden is not yet officially declared as the 46th president. Pres. Trump still continues to fight a legal battle in an attempt to secure his seat and all legal votes will be counted.
