By looking at the recently released photos taken from FX's "Sons of Anarchy" drama set, there is a high chance that protagonist Jackson "Jax" Teller may be locked up behind bars in the upcoming seventh and final season.

Just Jared was able to get their hands on some snapshots of Charlie Hunnam at the set of the hit outlaw motorcycle club series. In the images, the 34-year-old actor is wearing the standard orange jumpsuit with his signature biker scruff at Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. The jail uniform is emblazoned with "SJCCF" on the leg, which stands for San Joaquin County Correctional Facility.

It is possible that Jax will be heading to prison after taking the blame of his wife Tara Knowles' bloody murder. In the Season 6 finale, his mother Gemma Teller Morrow, played by Katey Sagal, brutally killed her daughter-in-law in a rage over her son taking the responsibility for her and SAMCRO -- Jax had worked out a deal with the District Attorney to take the fall for both Tara and the club, saving them from prosecution. Also, Jax might be held accountable for his wife's murder since he was found by D.A. with Tara's body as he cried over her.

While it is unknown how long Jax will be locked up for, the development certainly helps Marilyn Manson's character Ron Tally make a lot more sense. Jax will meet the powerful "white supremacist prison shot-caller" in jail and use him to expand his power base as he is going to need all of the allies he can get.

During the FX announcement, Manson previously explained what his appearance in the popular biker drama means to him and his father. "'Sons' has been such a big part of my life, as well as my father's," he said. "So I was determined to make him proud by being involved in what will presumably be remembered as the most amazing piece of television cinema. After all, the very heart of 'SOA' is about that relationship. So, now all I need is a motorcycle."

Highly anticipated "Sons of Anarchy" season returns on FX in September.
