The amber alert issued for 13-year-old Antonnette Rodriguez was discontinued on Sunday. The Texas Department of Public Safety issued the cancellation of the said alert that was issued for the whole state Texas, according to a report from KXAN

This was done because authorities confirmed that the 13-year-old girl was already found on Sunday morning. Details where and how Rodriguez was found were not furthered by the authorities. However, the man who was believed to be with Rodriguez was still missing.

Texas Kidnapping Victim Prompted Statewide Amber Alert

On Saturday, a statewide amber alert was issued after a 13-year-old girl went missing with an older man. Identified as Antonnette Rodriguez, the Brownsville Police department said in KSAT that the 13-year-old was believed to be a victim of a Texas kidnapping incident when the statewide alert was issued by the department on Saturday.

Rodriguez, who was originally from Brownsville, Texas, was last seen in La Quinta Inn and Suites located on horizon Hill Boulevard in San Antonio at around 5 in the afternoon, according to a report from BNO. Rodriguez was described to have brown hair and brown eyes, and is reported to be Hispanic.

The 13-year-old who was believed to be abducted was last seen wearing a black button down-shirt and short sleeve sweater, as well as black pants. She was also reported to have a belly piercing. The victim is 5 feet tall and weighs around 115 pounds.

Specific details about Rodriguez's alleged Texas kidnapping were not furthered by the authorities. However, BNO noted that the 13-year-old allegedly left her home after leaving a letter, citing statements from the victim's relatives.

18-Year-Old Man Still Missing 

Meanwhile, officers were still seeking for the 18-year-old-man, that was believed to have a connection on the abduction of the 13-year-old girl. 

KWTX reported that Rodriguez was with Clayton Philips, a White 18-year-old when she disappeared. Because of this, the police disclosed that Phillips was wearing a dark-colored shirt and black pants. 
Philips was also described to have blue eyes and brown hair. Aside from his clothes appearance, officers also noted that Phillips was 5'7 high, and weighs 129 pounds. 

Officers noted that Phillips was last seen driving a brown 2012 Kia Optima, with license plate DR6K226. Authorities also pointed out that the tint of the said vehicle was "bubbled." Authorities furthered that Philipps was last heard from in San Antonio, Texas. 

The Brownsville Police Department also encouraged the help of  anyone who may have any information on the case, through calling their hotline number at (956) 548-7014.  

Although officials have not yet released specific details on the suspected Texas kidnapping that prompted a statewide Amber alert, authorities believed that the 13-year-old girl was in "grave or immediate" danger when she went missing on Saturday.
