The Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach, Bruce Arians, has slammed a report implying that his relationship with the recently retired quarterback Tom Brady was "souring."

The claims came from former Patriots offensive lineman Rich Ohrnberger, saying that he had heard Arians was either absent or late to early-morning game-planning meetings with Brady and offensive coordinator Byron Letfwich, according to an Audacy report.

Arians said he was "pissed off" at Ohrnberger's suggestion that Arians had annoyed the retired Buccaneers quarterback and Leftwich by "undermining" their game plans.

Arians called the report "bull****" in response.

Arians was rehabbing an Achilles injury at the time. It was then reported that he disregarded what Brady and Ohrnberger had drawn up without him.

Arians refuted the claims, saying that he does not rehab his Achilles in the morning. He added that he goes over game plans and adds things, but he does not delete anything.

The team's head coach also disputed the characterization, wherein Ohrnberger said he was using a "red pen" to scrap the game plan.

Arians said that he never heard of that one, adding that it was "the best one ever." He said that it was "pretty graphic."

Ohrnberger took to Twitter to issue his claims, saying that Brady's retirement announcement was not because of not seeing eye to eye on the offensive game planning.

Ohrnberger then said that it was because the relationship was "souring." Sports director Adam Kaufman retweeted Ohrnberger's tweet and added his own opinion.

Kaufman said that Brady and Patriots' General Manager Bill Belichick lasted 20 years, while Arians and the former quarterback have only been together for two years.

Ohrnberger stood on his reporting, saying that his sources are "impregnable," according to a Boston News report.

He then went on to say that at some point during the 2021 season, Brady successfully seized control of the offensive game plan and adjusted play calls he did not believe would work.

The former Buccaneers' quarterback's action reportedly built-up resentment toward Arians.

Former Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski said that he thinks Brady will return to play. However, it might not be in 2022, according to another Boston News report.

Gronkowski said that Brady can play "at any age," describing Brady as a "beast."

Meanwhile, Arians said he believes Brady's career is finally over, according to a Tampa Bay Times report.

Arians then said that it would shock him if Brady were to come out of his retirement. He then said if he does not know if there is really a story there.

Arians recruited Brady in 2020 and coached him for two successful seasons, according to an NFL News report.

Meanwhile, NFL Network's Tom Pelissero and Ian Rapoport reported that Tampa Bay is leaving the door open in case Brady changes his mind on retirement.

In addition, Buccaneers was also reported to do whatever is necessary for him to return, which is a possibility that Brady himself is not completely ruling out.
