Weeks after the tragic Uvalde school shooting in Texas, authorities and even relatives are still unraveling what actually transpired moments before the gruesome murders.

Salvador Ramos, 18, was responsible for committing the third-deadliest school shooting in the United States and the biggest one in the state of Texas.

Yesterday, her mother, Adriana Martinez, who is taking the immense heat of his son's crimes, was confronted by angry relatives of one of the Uvalde School shooting victims.

Tense Confrontation Between Uvalde School Shooter's Mother and Victim's Family

The emotional confrontation between the Uvalde school shooter's mother, Adriana Martinez, and the relatives of victim Amerie Jo Garza occurred yesterday.

NBC reported that it was caught on camera. The meeting between the two parties was merely accidental and was not planned at all.

According to Telemundo news reporter Edgar Munoz, the meeting occurred after a community meeting on Tuesday. In a Telemundo clip, the grandmother of the slain victim, 10-year-old Amerie Jo Garza, was furious upon meeting Adriana on the street.

The verbal beatdown continued as Adriana headed down on the other side of the road, attempting to escape the situation.

When asked about her son's reasons for shooting down 19 children and two of their teachers at Robb Elementary School, Martinez responded, telling the relatives that they have "no right" to judge her son.

According to Martinez, her son was apparently suffering from "mental health issues."

"I know my son was a coward. You think I don't know that? I know. You don't think I'm carrying all that with me? You don't think I don't know? I know, and I'm sorry," she exclaimed.

Later on, Texas police escorted Adriana away from the scene after de-escalating the situation. The Uvalde school shooter's mom told Telemundo that it was not her fault and she was tired of the victims' relatives coming for her.

Uvalde School Shooting in Texas Investigation Update

Investigations on the horrific Uvalde school shooting murders are still taking place. Most recently, Uvalde School Police Chief Pete Arredondo took an administrative leave after an internal ruckus with the local government.

CNN recently reported that the Uvalde Board of Education, headed by the city education superintendent, is pushing for the termination of Arredondo.

Initial investigations about the Uvalde school shooting have revealed that the police chief was the highest-ranking official to arrive at the scene at the time of the crime. However, "poor decision making" skills seemed to be the main reason why the response failed to stop the gunman.

The police department's inaction after the Uvalde school shooter opened fire in a classroom has sparked national outrage after waiting over an hour to breach the room.

Aside from this, the Texas House probe found out that the shooter's family failed to see any warning signs of his mental health problems, prompting the horrific Robb Elementary school murders.
