Amid their rumored fight, Gisele Bundchen has spoken about her husband, Tom Brady, coming out of the NFL retirement back in March.

According to Yahoo Entertainment, the Brazilian supermodel said she has "concerns" about the NFL star's return, which included wanting Brady to be "more present" at home.

Bundchen expressed her concerns amid rumors that their marriage is currently hitting a rough patch. Brady had been excused from practicing with Tampa Bay Buccaneers in August to "deal with some personal things," which led to rumors that the couple was spending time apart.

In a new Elle magazine interview published on Tuesday, Bundchen said she had conversations with Brady about being "more present" in family life "over and over again."

"This is a very violent sport, and I have my children and I would like him to be more present," Bundchen noted.

However, she said "everybody has to make a decision that works" for them, adding that her husband "needs to follow his joy, too." The Brazilian supermodel had been candid about her marriage during the interview, wherein she also discussed her future plans.

Gisele Bundchen Future Plans

Gisele Bundchen made clear in her Elle interview that she was making her own plans for the future. She said she had done her part to be there for Tom Brady.

Amid Brady's immense career success playing for the New England Patriots, Bundchen noted that she moved to Boston and "focused on creating a cocoon and a loving environment for my children to grow up in" and be there supporting her husband and his dreams.

Bundchen said she has a "huge list" of things she plans to do now, noting that she feels more connected with her purpose at 42. The supermodel noted that she only wanted to work with brands that are considering the current state of the environment.

Bundchen currently sits on the board of IWC Schaffhausen, a luxury Swiss watchmaker that was the first in the market to release a sustainability report.

Page Six reported that Gisele Bundchen refused to comment about marital troubles with Tom Brady during the interview. The couple shares two children - Benjamin, 12, and daughter Vivian, 9.

Tom Brady's NFL Return

Tom Brady has also opened up about his priorities upon his NFL return. According to People, the NFL star talked about his life through his SiriusXM podcast "Let's Go! With Tom Brady, Larry Fitzgerald, and Jim Gray" on Monday.

Brady discussed other things that bring him "peace," such as his family. He noted that "football and family have always been the most important thing" to him.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers started its season opener on Sunday without Gisele Bundchen in the stands. However, she publicly supported her husband by tweeting, "Let's go @TomBrady! Let's go Bucs!"

It was Brady's first post-retirement NFL game. Multiple sources told PEOPLE that the Brazilian supermodel has been "frustrated" with Brady's decision to come out of retirement.

A source noted that Brady's returning to Tampa after retirement has "put a strain on the personal side of his life." The source said Brady's supermodel wife was "frustrated and sick of his career coming before their family."

The same source added that the couple spending time apart has "happened before," but they were still trying to make the relationship work.
