Halo fans will enjoy a new special edition version of the game because it will include all the previous "Halo" games they've grown to love over the years and they'll all get graphics updates as well.

"Halo: The Master Chief Collection" will be a compilation release for the Xbox One and it will include "Halo," "Halo 2," "Halo 3" and "Halo 4," as well as a beta of "Halo 5: Guardians" mutiplayer mode. .

The games will retain their classic gameplay and storylines and no changes will be made. However, graphics will be updated to take advantage of the Xbox One's capabilities.

All of the games will be updated to 1080 resolution and faster frame-rates.

There will be new achievements to unlock that weren't available in the original "Halo" versions.

The game is expected to be released on Nov. 11 at a cost of $59.99.

With the new compilation game, a new soundtrack and audio clips will be added to the game. The weapons noises will be updated as well.

The game will focus on the Master Chief character. The 2010 version of "Halo: Reach" will not be included in the compilation.

For the first time ever, players will be able to play "Halo 1" multiplayer mode online. It will be just like it was on the original "Halo" for the first Xbox but you won't have to hook up a bunch of Xbox consoles and be in the same house as your opponents.

The "Halo 2" version included on the compilation will come with 23 maps upon release. All of the characters will look freshened up, and almost photorealistic at times.

Don't expect changes in gameplay. The guns and vehicles will handle the same. If you're one of the original "Halo" players from the early 2000s, you'll be able to pick up this game and do quite well. If you're a new "Halo" player these games in the collection will likely help you prepare for "Halo 5."

The "Halo 5: Guardians" beta will debut in December and buyers of "Halo: The Master Chief Collection" will have access to it.

This seems like a great game, actually four games built into one, and all for one price. Check it out for Xbox One in November.
