Solange Knowles will reportedly marry her boyfriend of five years, Alan Ferguson, this weekend.

Us Weekly reports that the 28-year-old singer and her beau are scheduled to tie the knot near Knowles' home in New Orleans.

Two days prior to the wedding ceremony, Knowles' wedding guests (which will likely include sister Beyonce) are scheduled to enjoy a night out at the movies on Friday, Nov. 14. The following day is the rehearsal dinner. And finally, on Sunday, Nov. 16, Knowles and Ferguson will say, "I do."

Knowles' marriage to Ferguson will mark her second wedding ceremony. She was previously married to Daniel Smith, the father of her 10-year-old son, Julez, back in February 2004 when she was 17 and Smith was 19. The two eventually split three years later, and Knowles went on to date Ferguson.

Though Knowles has remained very coy about her relationship with Ferguson over the years, Us Weekly reports that Ferguson is very integrated in the Knowles family and was even spotted on stage with Beyonce at the 2012 BET awards as a presenter.

Back in June, MediaTakeOut reported that Ferguson proposed to Knowles while the two celebrated her 28th birthday in the Caribbean.

Though Knowles did not confirm her engagement at the time, she did post several photos from her trip to the Caribbean on Instagram and described her birthday getaway as "perfect."

One of the few times that Knowles has opened up about her relationship to Ferguson was during an interview with Necole Bitchie last year. She revealed that it was she who made the first move on Ferguson that later prompted their union.

"Certainly, in the beginning I was the one who approached him so I have always sort of historically been one of those girls that goes after something that I'm into," she said. "I'm not very old school and like, 'I'm gonna wait on you, wait for you to approach me type of situation.' I have a lot of guy-like quintessential relationship qualities that I have had to work on."
