T-Mobile's rollout of Google's new Nexus devices doesn't seem to be going smoothly for the nation's fourth-largest carrier. After experiencing hiccups with the launch of the Nexus 6 smartphone, it now appears the network's release of the Nexus 9 tablet has been delayed indefinitely.

According to a leaked internal company memo obtained by Android Authority, T-Mobile has no idea when it will begin selling the HTC-manufactured tablet. The reasons for the delay are unclear, although if it's anything similar to the Nexus 6 debacle, it could be a shipment issue.

Update: The launch of the Google Nexus 9 has been postponed. This article will be updated with the launch date once it is confirmed.

T-Mobile will launch the Google Nexus 9 on a date to be determined, which will be available on the web or through Ship-to (Direct Fulfillment) in HSO. This HTC device features a beautiful 8.9″ screen and a 64-bit 2.3GHz dual processor.

T-Mobile was initially planning on selling the Nexus 9 tablet sometime in December, but a quick look at the carrier's online store shows that T-Mobile still lists the device as "Coming soon."

The Nexus 9, a tablet "for movers and makers," is already available for purchase through the Google Play store, Best Buy and Amazon. Buyers who pick up the tablet (both 16GB and 32GB models) through Google Play only have to wait 1-2 business days for the device to leave the warehouse.

The 8.9-inch IPS LCD display sports a resolution of 2048 X 1536 pixels and 2GB of RAM helps the NVIDIA Tegra K1 Dual Denver processor chug along. The Nexus 9 also features an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera capable of 1080p video recording and a 1.6-megapixel front-facing camera capable of 720p video recording.

The Nexus 9 launch isn't the only snag T-Mobile has run into while trying to release the latest iterations of the popular Google-branded Nexus lineup. The carrier had to postpone the release of the Motorola-made Nexus 6 handset by a week due to shipment issues with Motorola.

When the Nexus 9 does release through T-Mobile, it will most likely offer the same kind of logo-less approach that T-Mobile senior product manager Des Smith touted about the company's version of the Nexus 6.

"No Corporate Logo, No Bloatware, no crap you don't want on the #Nexus6 from +T-Mobile," Smith wrote on Google Plus.

"That's Un-carrier -- listening to our customers and giving them what they want, not sticking a stupid corporate logo and a bunch of crap software I know you guys don't want on your #Nexus device."
