On Thursday's episode of "The Real," co-host Tamera Mowry–who announced she is expecting last week–discovered the gender of her new baby on air.

Mowry's husband, Adam Housley, called into the daytime talk show to reveal the sex of the baby despite Mowry's initial wishes to remain in the dark about the baby's gender until the birth, MadameNoire reports.

However, after much persuading from her fellow "The Real" co-hosts, Mowry agreed to find out whether she is having a boy or girl on-air, to which her husband revealed, "It's a Girl."

Housley's announcement was met with a flood of happy tears and smiles from the "The Real" co-hosts who all shared hugs and kisses over the excitement of the news.

Mowry's baby gender announcement comes on the heels of her recent announcement that she is currently pregnant with her second child.

On Jan. 4, Mowry took to Instagram to reveal that she is pregnant.

Following Mowry's pregnancy announcement, her "The Real" co-hosts took to Twitter to send their congratulations to the soon-to-be mother of two, E! News reports. Check out their tweets below.

And while Mowry's colleagues and friends shared their excitement over the news, model Chrissy Teigen was accused of dissing the "Sister Sister" actress's pregnancy news.

A few hours after Mowry's announcement, Teigen apparently took notice of the fact that Mowry was also promoting the purchase of Clearblue pregnancy sticks.

Teigen addressed the sponsorship on Twitter and sarcastically tweeted on Sunday that she too might promote Clearblue if it had sponsored her, saying it "seems lucrative."

Although Teigen did not directly acknowledge who she was referring to in the tweet, social media users immediately assumed the tweet was aimed at Mowry and accused Teigen of throwing shade and being negative on such a joyous occasion.

Mowry has yet to respond to Teigen's alleged Twitter shade.

Her current pregnancy marks baby number two for her and Housley. The two are currently parents to 2-year-old Aden John Tanner Housley.
