On April 30, every NFL team will meet up in Chicago for the 2015 NFL Draft.

Free agency and trades are exciting, but building through the draft is the primary way to win.

One of the biggest names in college football, Marcus Mariota, recently announced he will be entering the draft.

Here's five teams that could draft Mariota this year:

1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Buccaneers have the No. 1 overall pick in this year's draft thanks to their 2-14 record. Starting quarterback Josh McCown threw 11 touchdowns and 14 interceptions this season, and he is now 35 years old. Luckily for Buccaneers fans, McCown has just one year left on his contract. Mariota is used to playing in hot conditions going back to his Hawaiian playing days, so the humid Florida weather won't have a negative impact on him. Releasing Josh Freeman appears to be a big mistake on part of the Buccaneers.

2. Tennessee Titans

With the No. 2 pick in the NFL draft, the Titans may select Mariota. With quarterbacks like Jake Locker, Charlie Whitehurst and Zach Mettenberger on the roster, Mariota may be worth the pick. The Titans have missed the playoffs the last six consecutive seasons, and they need a franchise quarterback. There's still no telling whether or not Mariota is the real deal, but the Titans have nowhere to go but up.

3. Philadelphia Eagles

If Mariota is going to fit well with any NFL team, it will be the Eagles. A lot of NFL experts criticize Mariota because of his inability to throw from the pocket. With head coach Chip Kelly designing creative offensive plays for the fast-paced Eagles offense, Mariota would be a good fit. The biggest issue here is, Will Mariota fall to No. 20 in the draft? After his performance against Ohio State in the championship game, Mariota definitely lost stock, but he is still projected to land in the Top 10. The Eagles may trade up in the upcoming draft.

4. St. Louis Rams

The Rams are one of the best teams in the NFL that don't have a quality starting quarterback. Former No. 1 overall pick Sam Bradford is talented, but he just can't stay on the field. Bradford has missed 31 games (nearly two seasons) since entering the league in 2010. The Rams need to find a replacement, and Mariota could be a good choice. Playing against the Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers defense twice a year will be tough, but Mariota could thrive in the dome. The least valuable franchise in the NFL could use a spark.

5. Houston Texans

While "America's Team" is showing huge signs of improvements, the other Texas team has missed the playoffs the last two seasons. Ryan Fitzpatrick is a very inconsistent quarterback who can play average at times, but he'll always let you down when it matters. Even this season, Fitzpatrick was benched in favor of second stringer Ryan Mallett. Fitzpatrick is going on 33 years of age, and future Hall of Fame wide receiver Andre Johnson is growing impatient. The window is closing on the Texans playoff hopes. Mariota may be a good fit with Arian Foster and that solid offensive line.
