"Nuestra Belleza Latina" kicks off on Jan. 18, but thanks to the 2014 winner, Aleyda Ortiz, we have an idea of what to expect.

In an interview with People En Español, the beauty queen said this season would be like no other.

"It's going to be an interesting season," she said. "The girls are willing to do anything during auditions. We saw one girl, who to try to make it through, got naked in front of the judges, which is going to be seen during the premiere. Plus, there are new challenges, a new judge: Jacqueline Bracamontes. Chiqui Delgado and Javier Poza once again together, and artists invited, such as Jennifer Lopez and much more."

Ortiz will be serving as the show's social media correspondent, and she's excited and anxious to do a good job. The "Nuestra Belleza Latina" winner said there will be more audience participation in the coming year.

"The idea is to connect directly with our audience and that their opinion be heard, which has me super excited," she said.

Ortiz even had some advice for the women who will be participating this year. She said it was important to enjoy everything to the max and to be genuine. She adds the competition is difficult, but it doesn't mean anyone should become obsessive.

She encouraged the contestants to fight for their dreams and added the competition opens a lot of doors.

"I have had grand opportunities, such as participating in Premios Juventud and the Latin Grammys," she said. "Also, I have been part of various Univision shows, such as a special on 'Sabado Gigante' that has helped me learn many things in this medium and which I consider a sort of school."

Though Ortiz did not give too many details about Lopez's appearance, Univision has shown clips of the "Booty" singer sitting alongside judge Osmel Sousa. The judge is seen crowning Lopez.

Because the auditions will take place in the first two episodes, it is possible Lopez's appearance won't be aired until at least the third episode.
