A former girlfriend who recently took out a restraining order against Columbus Short now claims the former "Scandal" star also once even threatened to kill Academy Award winner actor Jamie Foxx.

According to TMZ, Agostina Laneri took out a protective order against Short over the last week claiming he was emotionally abusive to her and physically so to her young child.

As part of her testimony, Laneri also alleged Short once told her: "If I choose to kill one of these ni***rs I will do that. I'm that crazy ni***r that will be on the news that murked Jamie Foxx. Y'all should be very afraid. Very afraid."

Laneri added she considers Short to definitely be a "threatening dude," who once warned her, "don't forget who I am. I have a knife."

Short has since been ordered to stay at least 100 feet clear of Laneri and her son.

Short was fired from "Scandal," which also stars Kerry Washington, in early 2014 after being charged with threatening to kill his then wife. Tanee McCall-Short formally filed for divorce from her husband on April 7, alleging he "threatened to hit her with a bottle of wine, poured the wine all over her, choked her," and then displaying a knife, Hollywood Life reports.

"At this time I must confirm my exit from a show I've called home for three years," Short said in a statement shortly following his official release. "Everything must come to an end and unfortunately the time has come for Harrison Wright (the name of his character) to exit the canvas."

The 32-year-old Missouri-born Short has also starred in such hip hop-themed films as "You Got Served," "Save the Last Dance" and "Stomp the Yard." He also starred alongside Beyonce and Jeffrey Wright in the cult flick "Cadillac Records" and with Chris Brown, Idris Elba and Lauren London in "This Christmas."
