Looks like buyers of Yeezy 750 Boost, Kanye West's latest sneaker collaboration with Adidas, are already having issues with the shoes since being released about a week ago.

Only 9,000 pairs of the limited-edition shoes went on sale for $350 each, as part of New York Fashion Week. As expected, they all sold out.

However, one of the lucky customers who bought them was disappointed to see his pair's side zipper already broken. He recently took to his Instagram account (@byfoley) to share several images of the defective zipper, completely separated from its chain.

A member from sneakerhead forum NikeTalk also reported the same issue:

Following the complaints, Adidas is currently looking into the concerns about the Chicago emcee's creation, according to Nice Kicks.

"We are aware that a limited number of consumers are having issues with the zippers on their Adidas Yeezy Boost shoes," the athletic brand said in a statement. "We are working with affected parties to investigate what might have caused the issues. We appreciate their patience and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused."

Meanwhile, if you could not get Yeezy 750 Boost and still want a pair, no worries! They will be available for purchase on Feb. 21, exclusively online at adidas.com for American buyers. Also, they will be available worldwide on Feb. 28 at the Adidas Consortium accounts, as well as the Adidas Originals flagship stores in Berlin, Seoul, London and Shanghai.

Moreover, YEEZY 3 will arrive in Europe on March 26 through select Footlocker stores, and the adidas Yeezy Boost restock will be available in the adidas Originals flagship stores in Berlin and London, as well as the official adidas website.
