Bobbi Kristina Brown remains comatose and continues to show little signs of improvement in the month she's been hospitalized.

TMZ reports family members admit rumors that the 21-year-old daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown is slated to be taking out of her medically induced coma are not true. The only recent change in Bobbi Kristina's treatment has reportedly been doctors' efforts to wean her off certain medication in hopes of triggering a different reaction.

Days before then, physicians at Atlanta's Emory Hospital performed a tracheotomy on her as a standard procedure for any patient stuck in a comatose condition for an extended period.

Brown has failed to regain consciousness since being rushed to the hospital on Jan. 31 after being found face down the bathtub of a Georgia home she shared with boyfriend Nick Gordon.

Several media outlets also recently reported Brown's organs had started to show signs of shutting down, and Bobby Brown could soon face the daunting task of deciding how long to leave her on a ventilator.

Meanwhile, local police have launched a criminal investigation seeking to find out the origin of several unexplained bruises found on Brown's body since she's been hospitalized. TMZ has previously reported Gordon is thought to be the central figure in the investigation.

Reportedly, the Brown family has banned Gordon from visiting his girlfriend, insisting that he first submit to a police interview about the couple's volatile relationship. Still, RadarOnline.com reports that Gordon and cousin Jerod Brown have launched a tribute T-shirt line bearing her likeness.

"He's doing it outside the family," aunt Tina Brown told Radar. "They shouldn't do that."

Jerod Brown and Gordon have insisted they have only initiated their campaign with Bobbie Kristina in mind.

"My own dime," Jerod said. "When she wakes up and see people tagging her with the shirt she's gonna know I played my part."
