Amid rumors that Kylie Jenner and Tyga have now called it quits, Chris Brown has reportedly reached out to his pal's ex-girlfriend, Blac Chyna, to defend the couple and tell her to leave them alone.

The former stripper took to her Instagram account on April 24 to post a screenshot of the text messages she received from the Compton rapper, who was desperately begging her for reconciliation. TMZ also reported that the back-and-forth exchange between the two exes has been going on for at least seven months.

When the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star supposedly confronted and asked him to show her his phone during a recent Skype session to see the conversation for herself and find out what was really going on, the "Ayo" rapper refused to do give in to her demands.

"Kylie was livid! She called him a 'lying sack of s**t' and slammed her computer shut, cracking her screen in the process," a source revealed to HollywoodLife.com.

"They're on a break," another source claimed. "Kylie put him on punishment."

With that being said, Breezy, who considers T-Raww as his "brother," allegedly called Chyna to ask her to "chill out," knowing that she is furious and "wants to hurt [Tyga and Jenner]."

"He can see the damage that Blac is doing to his boy and he had to step in and intervene," an insider told HollywoodLife.com. "She won't listen to Tyga but maybe she will listen to Chris."

The insider added that the "Loyal" singer ordered Chyna to back off, especially for the sake of her and Tyga's 2-year-old son, King Cairo.

"Chris tried to see that she was hurting her family," the insider said. "It's not healthy for a child when their mother and father are going to war."
