Alfredo Flores is a 24-year old Puerto Rican producer from New Jersey with lots of talent and a special appreciation for Justin Bieber. Five years ago, Alfredo only had a dream to be in the music industry. Today he is an in-demand music video director and videographer who has worked with with Mariah Carey, Chris Brown, Selena Gomez and is currently on tour with Justin Bieber.

Alfredo and Justin became good friends after they met in L.A. He has now been touring with Bieber for four years and is part of the production of Justin's film Believe, directed by Jon M. Chu. Flores has been side by side with the "All That Matters" star, witnessing how hard he really does work and his "heart of gold".

"Justin has wanted to deliver a message to his fans-he wants to inspire them and wants them to believe in their dreams and to believe that with hard work and dedication, you can do anything you want to do" Flores tells Fox News Latino. Justin's Believe uses footage shot by Flores during the Believe tour, in which Biebs shows his "Beliebers" that they mean "everything" to him.  "We were in Argentina, in the hotel room, and Justin had an IV in his arm and he had been throwing up all night. He was super sick and the doctor said 'you can't go on stage tonight,' Justin said 'I have to' and performed seven songs that night."

Alfredo says that he was on stage until he passed out... that's an example of how dedicated the Biebs is to his fans.

Flores lives with Justin in L.A and obviously knows him very well. So when stories are fabricated about the pop star, he knows how unfair and untrue they are. "People try and create a story out of anything. We wake up everyday and I'm pretty sure there's a new fake story or a manipulated story about Justin. They manipulate pictures to tell a story or they take something that's real-a small portion of it that's real-and they create a whole fabricated story. But Justin does have a heart of gold."

Alfredo also tells Fox News Latino about their experience with the charity organization "Pencils of Promise" in Guatemala where him and Justin helped build a school. There isn't enough of Justin "good doings" in the media and that's because people rather read gossip. But it's always refreshing to hear the stories of how these young stars are using their fame to help out the community and other young dreamers out there.
