The biggest soccer tournament in Europe is coming to a close.

Just four clubs remain hoping to be named best soccer team on the continent. Those teams are Barcelona, Real Madrid, Juventus and Bayern Munich. Two of the teams are Spanish Premier League teams, one hails from Germany and the other from Italy.

Let's break down the four teams left and vote on which teams will proceed to the finals.

Barcelona

The favorite at the moment to win it all is Barcelona. When you have arguably the best player in the world in Lionel Messi, that tends to happen. Messi leads all players with 10 goals this tournament. Brazilian striker Neymar has seven goals as well while Luis Suarez has six.

Barcelona began this Champions League by winning Group F ahead of Paris Saint-Germain, AFC Ajax and APOEL. Luis Enrique's club then eliminated Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain in the knockout round. In their first leg against Bayern Munich, Barcelona defeated them 3-0.

The last time we saw Barcelona win the Champions League was in 2011 when they defeated Manchester United. Overall, Barcelona has won four Champions League titles. As long as Barcelona doesn't lose their upcoming match by three goals, they will advance to the finals.

Bayern Munich

They'll need a miracle, but anything is possible. Bayern Munich got crushed in their first leg of the semifinals, but they return home for the second leg against Barcelona. If Bayern Munich can somehow win and advance, they will have home-field advantage in the championship game.

Bayern Munich dominated Group E over Manchester City, Roma and CSKA Moscow. After that they eliminated Shakhtar Donetsk and Porto to advance to the semifinals. Thomas Muller, who led the German National Team to a victory in the 2014 FIFA World Cup leads this squad with six goals.

Bayern Munich will play Barcelona on Tuesday May 12 at 2:45 p.m. EST.

Real Madrid

The second Spanish Premier League team remaining is Real Madrid. Real Madrid won it all last year over Atletico Madrid, 4-1. Real Madrid also has the most Champions League titles ever with 10 and the most finals appearances ever with 13.

All eyes are on Cristiano Ronaldo, who has a team-leading nine goals this tournament. Ronaldo has won two Champions League competitions in his career, 2008 and 2014. In case you wondering, Messi has won three Champions League titles -- 2006, 2009 and 2011.

Unfortunately for Real Madrid, they lost their first leg against Juventus, 2-1. That game was played in Italy, but next game will be played in Spain, and it's obviously a must-win for Real Madrid.

Juventus

Italy is one of if not the most successful soccer nations in the world. Despite a disappointing World Cup showing, this Italian club is ready to go. The last Italian club to win the Champions League was Internazionale in 2010, however Juventus hasn't won since 1996.

Juventus placed second in Group A behind Atletico Madrid but later took care of business in the knockout round. They eliminated Borussia Dortmund and Monaco and are just one game away from the finals. Carlos Tevez is the leading scorer for Juventus this tournament. As long as Juventus wins or even ties the second leg, they will secure a spot in the finals.

Real Madrid will play Juventus on Wednesday May 13 at 2:45 p.m. EST.
