Joe Jonas may have garnered more attention that he had anticipated when he stated during a recent New York Magazine interview that the first time he had smoked pot was with Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato wherein the two Disney ladies were quoted as saying, "Try it! Try it!" which led to a not so eager Joe trying pot for the very first time.

Miley has now gone on the defensive and calling out Joe saying, "If you want to smoke weed, you're going to smoke weed. There's nothing that two little girls are going to get you to do that you don't want to do. I thought maybe he was saying that like it was going to make him look badass." Miley later responded during an interview with the New York Times. At that time, Joe says he was about 17 or 18 making the girls 14 or 15 and. Miley, on this point, continued on, "We were so young that it's like, How did you get peer pressured by me."

Recently, Miley made headlines with a suspicious cigarette during the 2013 EMAs and has been openly criticized for her drug use, given that she was a Disney star and continues to be a role model for young girls. Miley has responded to this by saying that she doesn't want to glamorize weed or drugs. She doesn't promote the use of drugs not because she thinks it's bad but she wants people to make their own choices. "Or even, like, my language. I don't know how to not talk the way I talk. I would rather have everything I do be 100 percent honest. I just want to be who I am" Miley goes on to explain.

For now, Miley is focusing on her newly single life following her break up with ex-Fiance Liam Hemsworth and promoting her new video "Adore You" coming off her latest album Bangerz. Her tour will begin in Feburyar with a scheduled 38 performance dates.
