FKA twigs might be pregnant with fiancé Robert Pattinson's child, according to a recent report.

A source suggested to Star Magazine that FKA might have planned her pregnancy after all; in the opening scene of her latest music video for "Glass & Patron," she is seen running sharp nails down her naked baby bump while laying on a table. She then pulls a long scarf out of her womb, giving the impression of being in labor.

The source claimed the "Pendulum" singer "wanted to feel what it would be like to feel sexy with a baby bump."

Also, twigs was spotted drinking juice, instead of alcohol, at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in April and later seen leaving Century City Medical Plaza in Los Angeles, the publication reported.

"Rob's been super protective of her lately. It's adorable," another source told OK! Magazine. "Everyone in their camp is buzzing about a baby."

Meanwhile, the "Video Girl" hitmaker recently opened up about her highly publicized relationship with the "Twilight" star.

In an interview with The New York Times, FKA revealed what is the most frustrating thing about being in a relationship with Pattinson: all the public scrutiny that comes along with it.

"It's really hard -- I can't begin to explain how awful it is," she said. "It makes you want to just stop everything sometimes. It makes you want to smash your face into the mirror."

She also explained how she feels like she is "masquerading as a pop star" since the public is much more interested in her relationship with Pattinson than music.

"There's no amount of songs I can sing or dances I can dance that will prove to them I'm not a monkey," the biracial artist continued, noting that the racially charged comments she has received since her engagement last month are "relentless."

However, twigs insisted she does not regret anything.

"I didn't see my life going this way at all. But it's worth it. I'm so happy," she added. "Nothing can impale my work or make me choose not to say things a certain way or make an image the way I want."
