Filipino boxer Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao is trying to sell his Hancock mansion in Los Angeles, again.

The first and only eight-time world division boxing champion has relisted his California home for $2.7million, according to Realtor.com.

The almost 4,275-square-foot Pacquiao residence includes five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The home also showcases a spacious chef's kitchen with a built-in coffee bar, granite countertops and a center island. The next owner will also like the master bedroom in the second floor. It is said to be equipped with a spa-like shower enclosement and a huge bathtub.

The Mediterranean-inspired residence's "stucco façade, clay tile roof, and balconies" give an impression of a modest home. However, the property is definitely a burst of grandness and luxury inside. Architectural details of the home include soaring ceiling reaching 22-feet high, spanning glass panels, high-end and branded furnishing like Walker Zanger tiles, Haisa marble and Brazilian teak-wood floors.

Outside, the next owners may invite friends over and hold an intimate gathering or pool party this summer. The swimming pool comes with a spa and waterfall feature to the delight of the guests.

Mayweather-Pacquaio Rematch possible?

Although speculations arose about Pacquiao's next fight, such as a possible rematch with Floyd Mayweather Jr., nothing is final yet. Freddie Roach, Pacman's coach and trainer, said that a rematch could happen if Pacman gets an impressive win over another great boxer to catch the attention of "The Money," BoxingNews24 noted.

"I think he's [Pacquiao] got a couple of fights left in him. Would he [Mayweather] give him a rematch? Yes. Is that possible? I'm not sure. It's going to have to be a tough opponent, of course," Roach said via Thaboxingvoice.

Pacquiao is recuperating after undergoing surgery to repair the torn rotator cuff in his right shoulder, which he sustained even before his fight with the undefeated champion Mayweather, noted CNN. Pacquiao may return to boxing after a year of recovery from his surgery. Mayweather on the other hand, is retiring soon, with boxers standing in line to secure a fight with him next.
