She stars in a telenovela called the unforgivable, and that may just be how Ana Brenda Contreras feels about the shows creators replacing her song.

According to TV Notas, The "Lo Imperdonable" actress was shocked to find out that the closing credits song to the Mexican drama, which began airing in April, had been changed. The song, "Cómo Perdonar," which Contreras sings, had been swapped for another one by popular Mexican singer Pablo Montero.

The actress, who was happy she was able to show off her vocal talents, was frustrated that the show's producer, Salvador Mejía, did not notify her that the switch was being made.

The 28-year-old actress and singer -- who has also appeared in other Spanish-language dramas, such as "La Que no Podía Amar" and "Coraźon indomable" -- stars as the show's protagonist Verónica Prado Castelo and claimed she should have priority because while she is the shows star, Pablo Montero is a supporting cast member and special guest.

When she reached out to Mejía, he promised to alternate the two songs much to Contreras' frustration.

Most recently, Contreras' love life has been the talk of speculation by the media with rumors that her ex, popular Matador Alejandro Amaya, may now be in a relationship with a man, as reported by Televisa Espectáculos. The couple, who was engaged to be married, reportedly split after Amaya cheated on Contreras.

The couple split in May 2014 after Contreras released a statement announcing that the couple was parting ways.

Contreras was featured as part of "People En Español's 50 Most Beautiful 2015" and has recently been romantically linked to her "Lo Imperdonable" costar, Iván Sánchez.
