New reports show that Sidney Blumenthal, one of Hillary Clinton closest advisers, handed over more emails regarding the Benghazi, Libya attack, New York Times reported.

Blumenthal provided information to the House committee investigating the 2012 attack about weapons that were circulating in Libya about a year and a half before the attacks. The new information raised questions about whether Clinton gave all the documents she was asked to hand over.

Speaker of the House John Boehner (R-Ohio) reacted to the news about new information handed in by Blumenthal, Washington Post reported.

"New revelations that the Obama State Department or former Secretary Hillary Clinton withheld emails related to Benghazi and Libya from the Select Committee are outrageous," Boehner wrote in a statement.

"First she set up a private server to avoid transparency and records law, then she wiped it clean while its contents were under subpoena -- and apparently failed to ensure congressional investigators were provided with everything they are entitled to. What in the world is she trying to hide?" the statement continued.

It is not clear if Clinton knowingly withheld documents or destroyed some information that had been requested and just categorized it as "personal."

Recent security breaches indicate that third-party hackers may have more information than Clinton has provided to Congress.

The former secretary of state handed over emails that were requested saying that she destroyed some of her personal emails that had nothing to do with business.

This information comes at a time when Clinton recently kicked off her official presidential campaign in New York City, ABC News reported.

"I am running to make the economy work for you and every American for the successful and the struggling," she said to a crowd of people on Roosevelt Island.

She said she is running for all Americans and "for everyone who's ever been knocked down but refused to be knocked out."

Clinton is regarded as one of the top candidates for the Democratic Party for the 2016 presidential race.
