Chicago Bulls star Joakim Noah and coach Fred Hoiberg are both selling their respective homes on the market.

Noah's Chicago Home

The 30-year-old player, who was drafted by the Bulls in 2007, listed his Lincoln Park mansion for $3.15 million, Curbed Chicago reported, adding that the New York-born NBA athlete bought his 7,500-square-foot estate in July last year for $2.85 million.

The property is said to be located at "one of Chicago's most sought after neighborhoods," according to its listing on the website, @properties, with Emily Sachs Wong as the commissioned realtor to handle the sale. The listing further described the luxury residence as a "spectacular home on an extra-deep lot."

The dwelling place features seven bedrooms ad five and a half bathrooms, including a master suite equipped with two closets and a lavish bath. Other living spaces occupying the residence are a great room, a family room, a gym, a wet bar, an attached garage and a roof top deck.

Photos of the home on Curbed reveal interior details like a dramatic entry courtesy of a winding staircase, coffered ceilings that further enhance the airy ambiance, and recess lighting to make the natural-lit rooms even more vibrant. Other amenities like a modern kitchen, a formal dining area highlighted with intricate chandeliers, and a grand living room are also shown. Outdoors, a neatly-maintained lush yard is found at the back.

Noah is entering his ninth season in the league this year and he is selling the property built in 2009 because as Wong explained, the basketball player feels "proximity to work is a priority," the Chicago Tribune quoted the realtor as saying. The 6-foot-11 tall player who averaged 7.2 points last season may be looking to find another abode at Bulls' new practice and training facility in the city.

Hoiberg's Iowa Estate

The new Bulls' coach, who also served as Iowa State University basketball team mentor for five seasons, is offering his Ames home for $1.17 million, noted Realtor.com. Gene Johnson of Hunziker & Associates Realtors is the listing agent.

The 4,092-square-foot house resting on two acres comes with five bedrooms and four and a half baths. The listing of the property describes it as an "exceptional one of a kind home" that "sits on a beautiful wooded lot."

The Hoiberg estate showcases a living room, an exercise room, a private basketball court and a large recreation room with a billiard table and wet bar.

The next owners will surely enjoy the master suite that comes with great nature views due to its wide and tall windows. The suite is further highlighted with a lavish bathroom equipped with "double vanities, a walk in shower and large jetted tub."

Photos of the home show its notable interior details like a curved staircase with wrought iron intricate design, an entry with high-ceilings, ornate accents, naturally-lit rooms, classic-looking chandeliers and an indoor-outdoor living experience provided by several windows. The abode also boasts a dream kitchen with a breakfast area, an island, several cabinets for storage, and modern appliances.

The expansive grounds are highlighted with a patio, lively flowering plants, and a spacious lawn for small parties.

Hoiberg was announced as the Bulls coach in June, noted, NBA.com. The team's general manager, Gar Forman, expressed why the management chose the 42-year-old basketball coach.

"In Fred, we feel that we've got a guy who has a terrific package of skills: a winning coach, a natural leader and a great communicator," Forman said, as quoted by the sports site.
