In what appears to be a killer season for "Scream" on MTV, the action and body count is really starting to add up.

Episode 4, which is titled "Aftermath," will air on Tuesday, July 21 at 9 p.m. EDT.

What we know in the aftermath of what happened in Episode 3, which led to the death of Riley, is that the series is going to really start turning the heat up.

Although MTV has been very vague and tight-lipped about upcoming episodes and spoilers, there has been a small description released on the episode, according to TV Guide.

Fans can expect Emma to get another cryptic message, which will lead her and Audrey both in search of answers. Emma is consumed with guilt over Riley's death, assuming she is the one who was responsible for her death.

The rules that had been laid forth in the original "Scream" movie told fans that in order to survive a horror movie, you must remain a virgin. The series seems to be paying homage to the original film in many ways, so you will just have to wait and see how that plays out.

According to HollywoodLife, the death of Riley was solely placed in Emma's hands because it was she that had to choose which one died, Riley or Brooke. Emma assumed that Riley would be safe enough at the police station so she begged the killer not to kill Brooke.

This of course led the killer to target Riley, who was coaxed out of the police station via a text message from Tyler. But it was the killer and he pursued Riley in a foot-chase to the roof where he ultimately killed her in dramatic fashion, while on a FaceTime call with Noah.
