Activision has finally released new details of the upcoming fourth and final DLC to arrive to "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare" in August. The video game publisher also released a trailer to show fans what they can expect in the new expansion pack.

The downloadable content called "Reckoning" will bring new maps for players to explore as well as the final chapter of the Exo Zombies saga that began in the first expansion pack and continued with the succeeding DLCs.

Players will have a field day exploring four new maps included in the fourth expansion pack. The first is called Overload and according to the game's official website, it offers a "grand view of New Baghdad" while decorated with gardens, plasma lamps and fountains. The lamps are not mere decorations but will help a player fight off enemies when fired at.

The second map called Quarantine is set in an island that has been converted to become a biological testing area in light of the outbreak. The way this environment is designed will help players do different styles of gameplay as it is not restricting.

Called Fracture, the third map is an "artic excavation site" where glaciers and turbines can be used by the players to their advantage or to their demise. The fourth and last map is called Swarm and is set in Seoul, South Korea, where reconstruction is being done after war.

All four new maps offer specific soring streaks that players can take advantage of. They also support the "Exo Grapple" playlist that allow players to shoot a grappling hook on any solid space that would help them travel faster in the area.

Apart from the four new maps, "Reckoning" will also bring the last chapter of the Exo Zombies called "Descent" and will reveal the reason for the outbreak and a secret hidden in the Atlas facility.

In the new expansion pack, former zombie survivor John Malkovich has now become part of the legion of undead, noted Mashable. He leads the horde of zombies against remaining survivors voiced by celebrities Bill Paxton, Rose McGowan, Jon Bernthal and Bruce Campbell.

The new DLC will also bring the Trident Reflected Energy Weapon for the first time in the video game.

"Reckoning" will arrive to the Xbox One and Xbox 360 on August 4. The PlayStation and PC versions will be available a month after.

Players can cop the DLC for $15, just like the other expansion packs previously. But for those who have already purchased the "Advanced Warfare" Season Pass, the content is already free.
