In this week's "Bachelor in Paradise" Episode 3, the cast members know that Lauren Iaconetti had an emotional meltdown last episode, but they don't know the reason.

There are rumors that she's ready to pack up and go home. Everyone is curious why. A couple of the guys ask Iaconetti why she's unhappy and wants to leave.

"Um, I don't know if I should talk about quite yet," she says in the promotional video clip.

"Do you have a boyfriend?" one man asks.

"I don't have a boyfriend -- just someone that I'm super into. But he's not a boyfriend. I'm just so in love with him that I can't even do anything."

She tries to explain that since she's just dating the man, she thought it would be okay to join the "Bachelor in Paradise" cast to see what happens.

"Well, I'm -- I'm kind of a mistress," she reveals, but quickly adds that he isn't married.

The men watch her walk away, seeming amused by her revelation.

"She says that she's a mistress, but I don't think she even knows what that means," Dan Cox says in an interview with producers. "She's dating a guy that has a girlfriend. Seems healthy."

After the first week of "Bachelor in Paradise," several contestants have already gone home. The happenings of week two will also be split into two episodes. Fans can expect two ladies to be sent home, and one guy will decide to leave on his own terms.

"Bachelor in Paradise" Episode 3 kicks off with seven women and seven men, but three more ladies join the cast early on. The three women are from Chris Soules' season of "The Bachelor:" Amber James, Samantha Steffen and Megan Bell.

The ladies will ask the guys out on dates. The guys will be distributing the roses.

Reality Steve reports that there will be four dates, and the date pairings end up being different than those on Monday.

Steffen chooses Joe Bailey for a date that, according to Reality Steve, results in drama two ways; Bailey was "coupled" with Juelia Kinney, though Steffen claims to know nothing about it though the two women are friends, and it is revealed that Steffen was talking to Bailey before joining the TV show.

There's more drama. Carly Waddell takes Kirk Dewindt on a date to watch fireworks, and they end up sleeping together overnight.

The rose ceremony will happen near the end of the episode. Seven roses will be handed out.

Watch Episode 3 of "Bachelor in Paradise" Season 2 airing Sunday, Aug. 9 and Monday, Aug. 10 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC
