Kim Kardashian is not shy about endorsing Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton for the 2016 White House race.

The reality star attended Clinton's fundraiser in Los Angeles with husband Kanye West and her mother Kris Jenner. While there, Kardashian took the opportunity to take a selfie with the presidential candidate, reported TIME.

On her way to the event, Kardashian Instagramed a selfie and captioned it with "Excited to be meeting our next President tonight!! Maybe she'll take a selfie with me!"

Once at the fundraiser, Kardashian got her wish. Two hours after her first selfie, the star posted an image of her and husband West posing with Clinton.

She captioned the image, "I got my selfie!!! I really loved hearing her speak & hearing her goals for our country! #HillaryForPresident."

Clinton, whose fundraiser was held during the GOP debate on Aug 6., also Instagrammed the picture and called Kardashian and West "new friends."

This isn't the first time Kardashian has shown support for the Democratic candidate and ex-first lady of the United States.

During the questions portion of her lecture on the objectification of woman in media in June, the 34-year-old was asked whether she thought Clinton would become the nation's first female president and Kardashian agreed.

Kardashian said that is supportive of women even though she doesn't like to label herself a feminist and that she believed Clinton could be president, reported The Huffington Post.

"I guess people would call me a feminist, but I don't like to put labels on things and shout and say 'free the nipple' and stuff," Kardashian said. "I do what makes me feel comfortable. I never think what I say is the right thing, but I believe you should do what makes you feel comfortable."
