Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's close family friend has recently revealed to the Daily Mail that the couple has chosen to name their son Easton.

"Easton is the chosen name. It's confirmed that the baby boy will be called Easton," the family friend said, adding that Kardashian is a fan of keeping a direction theme for her son's name, but isn't fond of the name South.

The Daily Mail notes that Kardashian once told NPR that she would not name her baby South West. She said,"I don't like South West, though, because that's like, you know, North will always, you know, be better and be more...she has a better direction."

Now that Kardashian and West have locked in a baby name for their son that is due in five months, their unnamed family friend claims that they have already begun decorating the baby's nursery and have created monograms.

But despite the Daily Mail's report, Kardashian and West's reps are now denying that the baby's name is Easton.

The Hollywood Life says that Kardashian's reps have denied that Easton is the baby's name, but did say that Kardashian and Wests are still debating on what to name their future their son.

Kardashian and West's latest baby name rumor comes on the heels of reports of social media users questioning the authenticity of Kardashian's pregnancy.

The Hollywood Life reports that fans and social media users began questioning Kim's pregnancy after several paparazzi photos of Kim's growing baby bump were released to the public.

In one shot of Kim during a day outing, her baby bump appears smaller than a night shot on the same day. Naturally, the different baby bump sizes on the same exact day sparked a lot of chatter and questioning among social media users discussing the authenticity of Kim's pregnancy.

Following the rumors and backlash, Kardashian took to Twitter to defend her pregnancy.
