Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker will address Obamacare on his trip to Minnesota next Tuesday.

The GOP presidential hopeful will reveal his plan to repeal and replace the law that is "disastrous" to individuals, families and businesses. Walker will also share his solutions, which he figures will fix the "broken" heath care system.

"Let's be honest. Obamacare was nothing more than a bait and switch. But Americans never took the bait," Walker said in a National Review op-ed.

He went on to say that President Barack Obama has broken every promise that he made about Obamacare back in 2010.

"The president's policies must be replaced with a plan that will send power back to the people and the states, fix the decades-old problems of rising medical-care and health-insurance costs, and support economic growth instead of punishing workers and small businesses," Walker said.

"We must do all of this while ensuring affordable coverage for those with pre-existing conditions, and removing the fear that something as simple as changing jobs could result in loss of coverage," he added.

The GOP hopeful says he will address these issues in his speech next week.

Other issues he plans to address include too much government interference, fewer options for patients, higher coverage costs, mandates that harm workers, businesses and the economy, unstable spending and waste, fraud, and abuse.

Walker officially announced his bid to join the 2016 presidential race on Monday, July 13, according to CNN.

"Americans want to vote for something and for someone," he said in Wisconsin at the time. "So tonight, let me tell you what I'm for. I'm for reform, growth, safety. I'm for transferring power from Washington into the hands of hard working tax payers in all states across the country, that's real reform."

Walker will deliver his Obamacare speech at 10 a.m. CDT at the Cass Screw Machine Products Company in Brooklyn Center. The event will be open to the press.
