This week's episode of "General Hospital" will see a surprise family bonding and more drama unfold as the truth behind some of the character's secrets are revealed.

According to Soap Shows, the week will open with Jake spending some quality time with little Jake, not knowing that he is his own son. Jake, whose real identity is Jason Morgan, is still suffering from memory loss and cannot remember is past, including his own son. It remains to be seen if the moment spent together by the two will jar his memories of who his real identity is.

Jake's new fiancé, Liz, will show her engagement ring to Patrick, who is currently seeing Sam Morgan, Jason Morgan's wife. He extends her well wishes and tell Liz how happy he is for her but a shadow of doubt will be seen on Liz' face as they both know the secret of Jake's real identity.

The two will continue to do everything they can to keep Sam and Jake apart and far from finding out the truth.

Last week, Scott accused Ava of lying about her identity and revealed that she is "Denise," after her DNA reveals that the truth. Ava denies this and tells Scott he is mistaken, noted We Love Soaps. Ava will need to find more reasons and exercise more caution to stop him from questioning her identity if she wants to keep the truth from being revealed.

Franco continues to be implicated in the murder of Dr. Silas Clay but he is only taking the fall to protect Nina, reported Enstarz. Nina has nothing to do with the murder, but it might not look that way to the police. Not if Ava will hand in an evidence that will say otherwise.

Ava is in possession of a photo that has Nina on the crime scene and it can be enough to convict her if given to the authorities. There seems to be another reason Ava is intent on having Nina locked up for good. It seems that she might have more motive to do away with Silas than anyone ever has.

Madeline will finally learn the truth and it might not do Franco any good as she plots to use this information to have him thrown in jail, while she and Rick continue to set their eyes on Nina's wealth.

Sonny will finally come face to face with Julian in a meeting of mob heads as Julian insists he has nothing to do with the recent crimes and hijackings that have been happening.

"General Hospital" airs on ABC every weekdays.
