It can cause Samsung fans such a thrill to hear that the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 can be the first ever waterproof device that the Korean tech giant will ever produce.

Recent reports say that Samsung has ordered antennas that will be used for water-resistant devices. And the claims have triggered rumors that this could be for the Galaxy Note 4, ETNews stated. The speculated antennas were recognized as High Performance In-Mold Antennas placed at the center of the device and sealed to protect it from any wet environment without having to compromise its capacity to deliver a reliable signal.

Such technology has not been set for smartphone devices just yet and hence making it most likely to be seen on upcoming phablet devices like the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, Digital Spy UK wrote. There are also some rumors that LG is trying out the same antenna technology and can possibly use it too for their upcoming devices.
