Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump recently made an appearance on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" and participated in a comedy sketch about his political campaign, NBC News reports.

In the sketch, Trump appeared as himself staring into his reflection in a mirror. Trump's reflection was played by none other than "The Tonight Show" host Jimmy Fallon.

Fallon started the sketch by explaining how Trump plans to build a wall between the U.S. and Mexico.

"How am I going to get Mexico to build the wall? Easy. I'll challenge them to the biggest game of Jenga ever. I'll make them set up the board. And then when they finish, I'll say I don't want to play anymore," Fallon-as-Trump quipped.

Following the playful sketch, Fallon and Trump sat down for an actual interview, where Fallon reportedly asked Trump who he would choose to be his vice presidential candidate.

"Vice president's a serious job," Trump noted. "I would say maybe Kanye West."

Fallon also addressed Hillary Clinton's email scandal and asked Trumped how he felt about his Democratic opponent.

According to NBC News, Trump was noticeably uncomfortable with the question and responded with a dismissive answer.

"I feel terribly about it!" Trump insisted. "Honestly! It's tough stuff. There's no question about it. I will absolutely apologize sometime in the distant future if I'm ever wrong."

Trump's appearance on the "Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" marked the show's highest ratings for a Friday broadcast in 18 months, Variety reports.

Trump's appearance brought in 4.5 million viewers and averaged a 1.2 rating in adults 18-49. Fallon's second highest broadcast is his debut episode for the "Tonight Show."
