A video was released today from Justin Bieber's arrest in Miami Beach last month that shows the Canadian singer and defamed pop star walking unsteadily and stumbling during a sobriety test. The Miami-Dade County prosecutors released ten hours of video following public records requests. The videos were recorded at the Miami Beach Police Department following Bieber's arrest.

The videos seem to show Bieber in a state of intoxication. "In one clip, described by the AP, Bieber, dressed in a dark hoodie with the hood over his head, dark baggy shorts and bright red shoes, wavers as he tries to walk carefully and slowly heel to toe. He stumbles slightly as he turns and appears to have his arms out for balance. In a second try he stumbles again, even reaching out to a wall for support, and has an animated face-to-face conversation with a police officer in which both point fingers at each other," the USA Today wrote.

The video shows Justin Bieber taking off his shoes and socks, spreading his legs and leaning against a table for a pat-down search. The part of the video that shows him giving a urine sample was withheld from the release. Bieber's legal team was successful in lobbying the judge to block the release of parts of the video that showed Bieber urinating for the drug test. A hearing on the release of the urine sample video is set for March 4.

A petition on the White House website We the People seeking Bieber's deportation back to Canada has over 260,000 signatures but the White House as yet to file any formal response. The 19-year-old pop star is facing misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest, DUI and driving with a non-valid license after drug tests found marijuana and Xanax in his system along with trace amounts of alcohol below the legal limit.
