Many can attest that Bethesda has a history of being discreet about revealing their game's details and rely on leaving the discovery to their fans. This time around, they may be giving more information than what they previously intended by detailing their character creation.

According to the Game Rant, the creator of "Fallout 4" has been a firm believer of letting fans experience the multitude ways they can discover the gameplay and what each character has been detailed to do.

Recently, director Todd Howard teased fans by mentioning the updates made on the video game's loot system, but declined on elaborating more about it. Technically, it was a reveal, but it was also something given as a challenge to find what the exact loot system was all about.

Brought probably by public demand, Bethesda recently issued a video that showed how to go around creating a character after fans expressed their desire to have at least some information about the game's RPG experience.

In the video, Bethesda was kind enough to share "Fallout 4's" system when it came to the games characters and credits.

Howard explained the character system and said "You do spend a lot of time in our games looking at your stars, looking at your items, and in Fallout, that comes to life in your Pip Boy. There's a perk for each S.P.E.C.I.A.L and each rank of that from 1 to 10, and if you have the value you can choose it. There are 70 base perks with multiple ranks that do new things yielding 275 that you can choose from and it gives you many ways to develop your character."

Where perks are concerned, the latest is the "Intimidation" perk wherein a player will have the ability to control others using this specific prize. Players who are able to increase their level as the game progresses will have the ability to incur  perks that will make that will make them superior to others.

Kotaku implies that characters in "Fallout 4" are not created by the developer. It is the player's ability to develop one and increase its capability as the game progresses.

Players are bound to create their own special skills using the vault where it shows the different skills you can choose from. Each player will have to choose from perception, agility, strength, endurance, charisma, intelligence and luck.
