Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson dissed "Empire" actor Taraji P. Henson's character Cookie for calling him "thirsty" in the hit series season premiere on Wednesday.

The "Power" showrunner posted a picture of himself in the studio talking over a tune.

"I can't believe Cookie would say some sh*t about me like that. Thirsty? Me Thirsty? Come on. You stupid? Me and Cookie go way back. You know I hit that," the rapper said.

He tagged Henson in the post making it clear that it is all just a few jokes between the two entertainers.

In the Season 1 premiere of "Empire," an assistant tells Cookie to look at an Instagram post by 50 Cent and she responded by brushing it off and calling him "thirsty." She could have been getting him back after he slammed "Empire" for allegedly stealing their promo platform from "Power."

In another Instagram post, 50 takes a jab at Empire's dramatization of the LGBT community. The "Candy Shop" rapper acts like a producer for the show telling two gay actors to kiss each other with "passion."

"Give us a little fire like you've done this before," 50 said in the video.

The rapper dropped another diss with a meme of Power's Ghost (Omari Hardwick) and Tommy (Joe Sikora) -- who could probably be compared to Empire's Lucious (Terrence Howard) and Jamal (Jussie Smollett) -- that said, "F*ck Empire."

"Empire" is one of prime-time television's biggest shows right now, showcasing big-name guest star appearances. Chris Rock, Al Sharpton and Swizz Beatz appeared in the season premiere alone.

"Power" is no stranger to success either, drawing in the most viewers on Starz for the second season finale. The drug and crime hit series drew in 4.4 million viewers.

Will the shows overlap and have 50 Cent guest star appear on "Empire" as Kanan who has some unfinished business with Lucious?

Tune into Fox Wednesdays at 9 p.m. to catch the next episode of "Empire."
