According to gossip, Selena Gomez had quite the time after Sunday night's Academy Awards. The question being asked now, however, is whether or not the star had too much fun, considering her recent secret rehab stint.

Gomez reportedly attended Vanity Fair's Oscars after-party on Sunday where sources say the 21-year-old enjoyed her share of alcohol.

"Selena was drinking constantly throughout the entire party when I saw her," a "spywitness" told Radar Online.

The tabloid website claims that Gomez got somewhat tipsy off of a variety of light liquors, perhaps gin or vodka, and champagne.

"She was having a grand old time, and towards the tail end she was stumbling in her heels and almost toppled right over," the source continued.

Harsh critics may try to attack the young celebrity for getting a little swervy, but even the Radar Online source says it was all in good fun. That night, Gomez partnered up with fellow former Disney Channel Star, 25-year-old Vanessa Hudgens.

"Selena and Vanessa were just having a really good time, laughing and taking pics," the source explained. "She wasn't slurring too bad but was definitely in the happy-sleepy stage."

Gomez uploaded a picture of the gal pals getting close.

"@vanessahudgens my only, official party buddy for life," she said via Instagram with a winking face and heart emoticon.

Last month, a rep for Gomez said she "voluntarily spent time at [Dawn at The Meadow Recovery] but not for substance abuse." Still, some alleged that Gomez was drinking and doing Xanax and Ambien as well as smoking marijuana with Justin Bieber.

"Her friends and family became increasingly worried that there might be a serious problem with Selena, particularly her parents," a source claimed. "The partying was, at times, wild. They wanted to help her, and they very much encouraged her to go to rehab. Others very close to her also urged her to seek professional help."

Based on the young actress/singer's solid reputation and ability to not go overboard at the Vanity Fair party, however, she may be doing better than some would like to believe.
