"Ohh La La" singer Britney Spears has acquired a very expansive California property.

Spears, who collaborated recently with Iggy Azalea on "Pretty Girls," purchased a Thousand Oaks estate for $7.4 million, Variety reported.

The 13,264-square-foot sweet retreat, resting on nearly 21 acres of land, features five bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms. The sprawling mansion was reportedly listed for almost $12 million two years ago; thus, the singer famed for "Oops...I Did It Again" purchased it in the right time to save her about $4.6 million.

The luxury abode displays an impressive foyer, a great room, a magnificent living room, a formal dining room, a spacious family room, a library with custom-built bookshelves, a media room and a kitchen with a central island.

The pop star will also find her new master suite a soothing place to stay as it comes with a fireplace to make it more comfortable. The suite also showcases two walk-in closets, two luxury bathrooms equipped with jetted soaking tub and steam shower, a sitting area and a private terrace that offers panoramic mountain views.

Interior details include marble-lined flooring, spanning glass windows, wall-to-wall carpeting, intricate accents, elegant and ornate chandeliers. Photos of the home, which are available on the blog site and on Zillow, truly present a breathtaking dwelling place fit for kings and queens. The images also show columns that add to its grandeur, along with the wrought-iron dramatic curving staircase and hardwood flooring in some formal living areas.

The extensive grounds boast several amenities like a motor court, a six-car garage, a tennis court, an infinity pool and a golf course. Still, the beauty of majestic mountains and verdant views complete the outdoor experience.

The actress shared on Z100 Radio how she came up with the idea of performing with the Australian singer, Pop Crush noted in May.

"I saw her video and I was just a huge fan. I was thinking about my next single for my next album and what I was gonna do, and I wanted to do a girl anthem. Something that was very girl empowering and that was kinda funny. I thought a whole take on valley girls and just kind of making fun of that would be fun for us to do," Spears said.
