Some people just won't let Mr. Tiger Blood be great! Charlie Sheen is reportedly in a whole mess of trouble because his failure to show up to the set of Anger Management is causing production problems and hold-ups!

The Hollywood Reporter first broke the story about how the star of the hit FX series has missed a few days of work last week... and no one is sure why. (Maybe he was off slaying dragons?) This has caused Lionsgate to halt production of the series, and -- at times -- even use stand-ins to shoot around Charlie's conspicuous absence.

Of course, Charlie's camp -- specifically, his publicist (and oh, to be a fly on the wall during one of those conversations) -- vehemently denies the use of stand-ins. "We did not shoot last week because another member of the cast was sick," said Jeff Ballard. "Charlie is always ready, willing and able to shoot Anger Management and looks forward to returning on Monday."

Currently, according to Zap2It, Charlie's absence from the set isn't going to cause any production delays of the show overall. FX originally ordered 10 episodes of the series, promising to up the ante to 90 additional episodes (for a total of 100 episodes overall) depending on the ratings. When the ratings shot through the roof -- helped, no doubt, by the controversy Sheen drummed up after being fired from Two and a Half Men and his subsequent crazy train of awesome on a comedy tour -- FX ordered the additional 90 episodes. As it stands, Charlie is about 2/3 of the way done with shooting those episodes -- or, about 60 episodes are currently in the bag. So, perhaps Charlie deserves a break after all?

What's your take on the matter -- was this Charlie's fault, or his co-star's fault? (It should be noted that the co-star in question wasn't mentioned by name.) Leave your thoughts in the comments below!
