Black Friday for gamers means one thing this holiday season. Console bundles.

The new gen consoles have been out on the market for well over a year, so its time for them all to start their price drops and move out some of their well known titles while their at it.

Sony

Sony has already gotten a head-start with price drops and bundle deals, as the PlayStation 4 console is now available for $349.99 USD / $429.99 CAD.

As of Oct. 9, consumers can now grab the UNCHARTED: The Nathan Drake Collection PS4 Bundle for $399.99 USD / $449.99 CAD. Bundles that have been announced to pop up in November include Limited Edition Call of Duty: Black Ops III 1TB PS4 Bundle, Limited Edition Disney Infinity 3.0: Star Wars PS4 Bundle, Limited Edition Star Wars Battlefront PS4 Bundle, Star Wars Battlefront PS4 Bundle and NHL 16 PS4 Bundle, exclusive for Canada. Prices for all of these are expected to drop come Black Friday.

Xbox One

Xbox One is also expected to follow the same trend with holiday bundles that start around $300. Microsoft would be wise to take advantage of the popularity of their recent titles by bundling them in console deals.

"Xbox One continued to see strong momentum in September on the heels of Forza Motorsport 6 and EA Sports FIFA 16, with solid year-over-year growth in console sales and strong engagement on Xbox Live," Microsoft's corporate VP of marketing, Mike Nichols, said in a statement. "This holiday Xbox One owners will enjoy the greatest games lineup in the industry and in Xbox history, led by Halo 5: Guardians, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Fallout 4, Call of Duty: Black Ops III, Star Wars Battlefront, and the ability to play Xbox 360 games."

Console games that have been released between the time of January to May are expected to drop to $30, games that came out June to October around $40, and November titles around $45. This has been a fairly predictable trend for Black Friday sales throughout the years.
