Washington Redskins' wide receiver DeSean Jackson is saying goodbye to his Tarzana home.

Jackson, the 28-year-old NFL player, is offering his California estate on the market for almost $1.8 million, Los Angeles Times reported. The Los Angeles-born athlete reportedly purchased the two-story residence two years ago for $1.65 million, the news outlet noted, citing public property records. Thus, Jackson could profit around $150,000 if he closes a deal with that asking price.

The traditional abode built in the early 1950s is a private home in Tarzana. The more than 3,800-square-foot house is big enough for a medium-sized family as it displays four bedrooms and four and three-quarters bathrooms. Other living areas in the property include are a formal living room, a dining room, a home theater and a modern kitchen accented with marble countertops.

The next owners will feel relaxed in the master bedroom suite that is equipped with its own private sitting room, a walk-in closet and a study that can dual as a workstation.

The dwelling place is highlighted with interior details like dark wood flooring, classy chandeliers, a fireplace, French doors and formal living spaces.

Outdoors, the nearly one-third acre grounds are highlighted with a swimming pool, a spacious spa and a sheltered patio. There is also an outdoor kitchen that makes cooking for barbeque parties more convenient.

Jackson to be released?

USA Today notes that Jackson, who just announced the birth of his child with Kayla Phillips, is still recovering from his hamstring injury.

Aside from his hamstring, he also had a problem with his shoulder in the preseason while he was doing a one-on-one drill, ESPN announced in August. The outlet noted that he "slid into a sled" at one point.

"It was the impact of when I hit the ground... It's an unfortunate situation. I was just playing and trying to compete and just had a freak accident," Jackson said.

With these injuries, there are speculations that he may have to deal with an unfortunate news of being cut from the Redskins' roster, per Sports World Report.

Jackson has delivered a record of "13 catches for 40 yards or more," wrote ESPN. It is a feat something no other wide receiver has done. The wideout also posted an average of 20.88 yards per catch, three yards more than the next best receiver's record.
